15 (2 Pood) KB swings (2pood = 75# .. the big one, scale as needed)

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

This is just a heavy version of Helen.  Make sure to step up the difficulty of the pull-ups and KB swings.  If you usually use 1 pood for KB swings give the 1.5 a try.  Push yourself!!
