Most of us know what we suck at. Some of us think it’s everything! Regardless of where the kink in your armor is, now is the time to fix it! This week we will be spending twenty minutes a day working on the things we dread when they come up in the programming. The coaches will be there to give advice and help you turn your nightmare movements into easy reps!
If you don’t exploit your weakness, your competition will. Find it, work it, and improve it!
