Warm Up

Burgener Warm-up [wmv][mov]

10 squats, 5 HSPU, 20 situps, 10 good mornings

Skills

5min: Handstand walking
Team WOD
Create teams of 2 or 3.  For each man and woman on the team add the below to your WOD

for each man :

150 x jumping pull ups
130 x sit ups
60 x 45# push press
60 x burpee
2 x 200m

for each woman :

100 x jumping pull ups
90 x sit ups
40 x 45# push press
40 x burpee
1 x 200m

Rules:

Update! All team members can be working at the same time.  It doesn’t matter how or in what order or who does what, just get it done.
Try to put 2-3 people on each team.
