185 (120%) 8:17 Rx Not happy with this one at all, but I did manage T2B for the first time.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. Doing TTB for the first time in a wod is a great accomplishment!
Ha. Let just say the ttb were NOT the problem.

4:05 RX weight but subbed TTR to keep hands from tearing.

WOD 7:16 RX Unbroken on all but one of the push press sets. I wish I could say the same on the toes to bar.

Started out strong on the 20, but push press got heavy and I had to put it down in the 15 and in the 10. TTB got very slow in the 15 & 10.

First time with this clean pull. I was surprised that I well exceeded my 110% clean. (clean 60#, clean pull 103#)
5:05 on WOD. 33# & TTR.
205# (though 185 felt stronger/better form) 7:57 Rx
255# 6:22 – Push Press really slowed me down.
5:24 scaled. Good WOD!
55# PP 125# clean&pulls
4×2 @ 163# Felt good so I went ahead and caught it in a squat – more than I’ve done before, but couldn’t stand it up.
