5 Over the bar burps

Rest 1min.

3:30 AMRAP

4 OHS 135/85

5 Over the bar burpees

 

-Use one bar

-You must strip your own weight during your rest

-If you are capable of doing the clean and OHS at that weight DO NOT Scale. This makes changing the bar much easier
