Strength: Clean – Work up to a 90% max with perfect form. Â Then perform 2 additional reps at that load.

5 Deadlifts – 75% 1RM
5 Rounds of Cindy
Time Domain: Â 20-25 minutes. Â – Scale # of rounds of Cindy as needed to stay in time domain.
