16:53 RX -My previous time was 14:56 over the summer, but that time I only did 4rds at 75#. Not sure if my time is good, but that is definite progress! -This WoD makes my want a one story house.

I have a cold and didn’t want to be out running in the freezing cold air. So I did the intro workout instead…
50 squats 40 sit ups 30 push ups 20 pull ups
The first time I did it 10+ months ago, I subbed knee push ups and jumping pull ups. My time was 6:15. Today I did it Rx (having just gotten REAL push ups last week… Thanks Tim!) and my time was 5:48. What a difference CF 4-5 times/week will make!

*PR in the sense that I’ve never done this workout RX before, so this is my best time as such
I was thinking about doing 75# but after a warm-up I decided to go for 95#. 1st 2 rounds were unbroken, then 10-5 for the next 2 rounds. Liz was on my tail the whole workout so I decided to do the last round unbroken. Got 13 then the bar fell forward on the 14th and she past me. The last two reps cost me around 40 sec, bummer.

14:37 (1/2 wod) 35# BS and 200M run. Babying the knee from here on out to put off as long as possible a knee replacement. First squats with weight I’ve done since latest surgery.

14:39rx dropped bar in 2nd set (left wrist bothering me). May have miscounted the 2nd set by 1 or 2. But 65# felt good.
Didn’t enjoy running in my new barely there sole shoes. Forced me to changed my running form. Settled on something between a heal strike and pose…mostly running on the outter edge of my foot.
