32 Bench press reps @48#. Not even 50% of body weight, but I guess a good starting point for progress. Serious drops in reps between rd 1 (10) & rd 5 (3).

26 Pull-ups with the purple & blue band. Fairly consistant in reps throughout all rounds.

30 bench press @68# (about 60% of my body weight. Couldn’t come close to benching my body weight which is 120#).
    45 pull-ups

    Rd. breakdown as follows:
    Rd 1 – 7 BP, 12 PU
    Rd 2 – 7 BP, 15 PU (PR)
    Rd 3 – 7 BP, 4 PU
    Rd 4 – 5 BP, 8 PU
    Rd 5 – 4 BP, 6 PU

Didn’t want to do this one today. I feel like I could have done a lot more pull-ups but mentally I shut it down. Disappointed that I didn’t tell myself to do more. Felt ok with reps on bench press. For some reason I could mentally fight through those better than the pull-ups.

Wow, you really stayed consistent. Hardly a drop off. Seems like most people drop off by 50% or more after the first few rounds.

Angela and I did this workout at Towne Lake last week. Although I got many more bench press reps at a lower weight (57 @ 165#) it was interesting to see how I performed at the RX weight.

13 @ 225# <- This would be easier if I could lose a few pounds
54 Pullups (kipping) <- I'm happy with this number considering my ineptitude for pullups
