ERIC’S STRENGTH WOD’S
1.  DL DRILL – 70% of 1RM –
Max Reps in 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, max reps in 1 minute rest 1 minute, max reps in 90 seconds.

2. 2 Min Snatch Drill – 60% of 1RM – Max Reps in 2 mins, try not to let go of the bar, just keep going and squat deeper as fatigue sets in.
