NorCal Regional Qualifier:
The final event of the NorCal Regional Qualifier was a WOD to truly test the level of athlete involved.
22 – Deadlifts (men=315#, women=185#)
200M Farmer’s Walk Carrying 2 (45# dumbbells for men, 25# dumbbells for women).Â This was done up the STEEP hill climb that was part of last years CF Games trail run
22 – Dumbbell thrusters with whatever weight you just crested the hill with
200M Farmer’s Walk carrying same dumbbells back down the hill
22 – Chest to bar pull-ups
300M Run up the steeper loop up the hill
22 – Overhead Squats (Men 95#, Women 65#)
300M Downhill Sprint to the finish
