Warm-up:  Run 400m, 2 Rounds of 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups, 30 second Samson Stretch

Skill:  Front Squat – After going over front squats, warm up so that you are ready for 3 RM attempts

WOD:

Front Squat – 3 reps

Max rep push-ups

rest 2 minute

Front Squat – 3 reps

Max rep pull-ups

rest 2 minutes

Front Squat – 3 reps

Max rep HSPU

rest 2 minutes

Front Squat – 3 reps

Max rep muscle-ups, If you don’t have muscle-ups do max rep pull-ups again.

rest 2 minutes

Front Squat – 3 reps

Max rep box jumps in 2 minutes

Post weight used on front squats and max reps of each exercise to comments.
