Warm Up:  Your choice.  Warm up for 15 minutes
Skill: set up for WOD and talk to your coach about strategy

WOD 2: “Decisions, Decisions!”

6′ AMRAP (reps and calories)

Do the following three exercises in any order you like, as many times as you like. Try it one way, then another to optimize your score, or pain.

– 4′ Row for Calories (must show calories on camera)

– 1′ Max rep thrusters (115/95; 95/65; 65/45)

– 1′ max rep box jumps (24/20 RX and scaled; 20/20 beginner)

You can do the exercises in any order, your choice and you can submit multiple times. For example, you could do it as listed above or you could do box jump, row, then thruster, or any other combo.
