WOD: 

Perform the following 5 exercises in order resting exactly 1 minute between exercises.  Perform as many reps of each as possible.  Go as hard as possible on each exercise!!

2 – Minutes KB swings – Men 1,5 pood, Women 1 pood

2 – Minutes  push-ups

2 – Minutes box jumps

2 – Minutes pull-ups

2 – Minutes burpees
