5 minute Pistol practice – Set up a box if you need to and focus on the balance necessary to squat on one leg.Â Don’t worry if you can’t keep your front leg straight, just focus on balancing yourself and getting to full depth.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
