SATURDAY BRING A FRIEND DAY!!
In teams of two 15 min AMRAP
Run 200m
15 BackSquats 95# (Deadlifts for females)
15 Box jumps 20″
15 Burpees
- One person will work while the other rests
- The backsquat bar starts on the ground for guys
- Your score is the total number of rounds completed plus total reps in unfinished round.
- All box jumps are 20″ Men must jump up. Ladies may do step ups.
