In teams of two 15 min AMRAP
15 BackSquats 95# (Deadlifts for females)
15 Box jumps 20″
– One person will work while the other rests
– The backsquat bar starts on the ground for guys
– Your score is the total number of rounds completed plus total reps in unfinished round.
– All box jumps are 20″ Men must jump up. Ladies may do step ups.
