in 10 minutes find a max double in Power Snatch
(Guests will learn Deadlift)
Then:
AMRAP unbroken Wallballs
Rest 3 minutes
for time:
75 KBS 1.5/1pd American
- You will have three scores, weight in snatch, reps for wall balls, and time for KBS
- The snatch may be power or split
- A missed catch on a wall ball will still be considered unbroken as long as it is picked up immediately and you continue to work
- As soon as you stop to rest on wall balls your attempt is over
