12 Box Jump Overs 24″/20″ (you must face the box for each jump, no side or backwards jumping)

5 Muscle Ups (sub 5 strict pullups and 10 Bar Dips or Tricep Pushups)

20 V-Ups (Legs must be straight for Rx)

8 Power Cleans (Same bar as Thrusters)

5 Thrusters (Same bar as Thrusters)

15 Box Jumps 24″/20″ (Hips open on top of the box)
