Warm-up: Run 400m, 10 OHS, 10 Deadlifts with bar, 10 ring rows, 10 ring dips, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions

Strength: Sumo Deadlift 5,5,5

WOD:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
Rest 2 minutes

Skill: Pull out the crash pads and work on forward rolls or other gymnastic skills for the remainder of class.
