Find your 1 rep max(1RM), rest 2:30 then do a set of 10 with 75% of your 1RM
Then rest 2:30 and do another 1RM (which will likely be about 10% less than the first one)
Rest 2:30 and do 20 reps at about 65% of the 1 rep you just did
Rest 2:30 and do another 1RM (will be close to the same as last single rep)
Rest 2:30 and do 30 reps at about 55% of the 1 rep you just did

Then eat a high protein meal and take a nap 🙂
