Warm-up: Run 400m, 50 m walking lunge, 15 push-ups, 15 pull-ups, 15 GHD sit-ups, 15 GHD back extensions

Skill: 5 minutes to work on your goat

WOD:

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
