AMRAP – Muscle-ups
– You must turn your palms facing outward on every rep.
Count total muscle-ups performed in 4 minutes then move directly to 4 minutes of tabatta squats.
Just a reminder tabatta squats are performed as follows:
Squat for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat 8X.
Post total # of muscle ups performed and total number of squats for the 8 intervals to comments.
