Warm-up: 50 mountain climbers, 30 second Samson Stretch, 10 push-ups, 10 ring rows, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions

Strength: 3 max efforts of L-sits with 1 minute rest between each effort.  Keep track of how long you hold each L-sit.

WOD: This will be a joint friendly one for those that did Saturday’s WOD.
