Warm-up: Run 400m while attempting to run POSE (fanny whacking to some extent). Hip mobility (coaches call).
Skill: Pose Technique
WOD: Run 5k, using 800m route, concentrate on POSE technique up the hill.

If running at home try to find some hills!
