Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Scale weight as needed and use push-ups, push-ups with feet on a box or military press as a substitution for Handstand Push-ups if needed.
