(sorry it is so late in the week)
1. After finishing the back squat, reduce weight to 70%of your last weight, and drop until you are letting go of allresistance, allowing the weight to pull you into a DEEP butt to floor squat.  Repeat for three, rest, and do it again.
 
2. Max Power clean weight.  2 MINS of as many clean to thruster/jerk as possible.
