    First- 64 wall ball shots @ 16#. This is 8 less than I did on Sunday… bummer

    Second- 64 box jumps

    99 Box Jumps

    Thrusters sucked. I can do “Fran” faster than I can do 45 thrusters straight. Weird. Maybe it’s the break of pullups. Or I dropped to often without that 21-15-9 mark to shoot for.
