Warm-Up:

Run 400M, karaoke 30M to the left and to the right, fanny whackers, shoulder pass throughs, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 20 sit-ups, 20 squats

Skill: Bench Press

Strength: Bench Press 1,1,1Find your 1 RM

If you are unfamilar with the bench then find your 5RM.  Don’t try to go heavier than you are comfortable with.
