2 Power Snatch 205#/135# (Power Cleans)
10 Dumbbell Push Press 55#/35#
If your power snatch is mechanically unsound/unsafe, keep the snatch grip deadlift but sub power cleans for power snatches. Don’t worry about doing Rx on this one, that’s not the point. The point is harnessing the serious focus required for heavy lifting while you are fatigued.
