NOTE*Â The link above is to the crossfit total we did on June, 2nd.Â The goal is to beat your previous Back Squat total on at least one of the Back Squat reps.Â Be sure to perform a complete warm up including a few sets of light Back Squats in the 5-10 rep range, and then work up to your previous 1 rep max quickly.Â By your 3rd attempt you should be attempting a new PR!!!Â As a gauge, your first attempt should be at about 85-90% of you previous PR.
For those looking for additional work after the squats:
1. Thruster Challenge on the front board (using fran weight perform as many as possible without letting the weight go below the rack position).
2. Pick the heaviest weight that you can touch ‘n’ go clean and jerk 15 reps.Â This is a guess, it is hard to pick the correct max weight.Â If you let go of the weight, or rest it on the ground at all, it is considered a fail, and you need to start over.Â Post load completed to comments (expect to see this again soon).
