Fanny Wackers, Frankensteins, Over the fence, Under the fence, Sit in a deep squat for 30 seconds, 30 forward and 30 backward arm circles
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yards
sub and scale as needed to hit 10-15min
If you can’t walk on your hands then do a handstand either free standing or against the wall if you need to for 30 seconds each round.
