Warm-up:  Burgner Warm-up, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions, 10 pull-ups

Skill:  Push Jerk

Strength:  Push Jerk 1,1,1

Work up to a max Push Jerk.  Do not take it easy to save it for the WOD.  Go all out.


5 Rounds for time:

5 155# Push Jerk

9 CTB Pull-ups

15 box jumps
