Start today’s WOD out with a warm-up, then a heavy lift, then a new max attempt.Â You should be fighting for a new max on your third lift of the AM, and counting that as your second of seven lifts.Â This will give you five more attempts at a new PR, or perhaps dropping to a previous PR.Â If you have been following the strength bias, you will get the PR.
