“The absolute challenge in core stability, coupled with spinal, pelvic and shoulder flexibility.  As a chiropractor, I find this a great measure of one’s ability to maintain spinal strength through challenging ranges of motion.  It is why even though I am awful at this exercise, I will continue to work at it until I die.”
