Warm-up:  Run 400m, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions, 30 second Samson Stretch – Practice KB Snatch with a “light” KB

Strength:  Push Press 5,3,1 – Warm up and then perform a heavy set of 5 rest 2 minutes, perform a heavy set of 3, rest 2 minutes and perform a heavy single.

KB Snatches 1.5 Pood – Do the RX reps with each arm.
