The elements class is Saturday morning at 9:00am.  Andy’s skills class is Sunday evening.  We will be offering additional elements classes as soon as we get an idea of what times are going to be the best for the most people.  If you have any input please let me know.  These elements classes are going to be all about exercise form and maximizing efficient, powerful movement.  The first class will be on mastering the basics and will be very interactive.  There will not be a “lecture.”  We will be working on (air squat, front squat, overhead squat), (deadlift, SDHP), and (Press, Push Press, Push Jerk).  If we have time or anyone is interested in sticking around a little later we will certainly spend some time on kipping and building a good foundation for the kip.  Be sure to dress to workout, because we will be practicing a lot.
