One Arm Russian KB Swings (take your time playing with this move)

10 minutes Double Under practice

 

WOD:

5 Minute AMRAP

2 Back Squats 50% 1 rep max (Look here for your 1RM)

1 Front Squat (same weight as back squat)

7 KB Swings 2/1.5 pood (add 2 KB Swings each round)
