Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach. (if you cant arrange this then jump high or touch the bar)
jumping ring or bar then x3
assisted MU’s where your feet never leave the ground or you jump into the RD x6
Ring dips and pull ups x 6
if you sub the RD with bar or box dips then do x3 for each subed RD
