Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press (sub toe push ups)
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
max reps on Pull-ups means that you do as many pull ups as you can
1 – without stopping at all if you are doing JP’s
2 – without your feet touching the groud if you are doing normal pull ups
3 – without your feet touching the bench/box if you are using rubber bands
max reps on Bench Press means that you do as many as you can until failure, or a spotter has to help you (do not count the failed/spotted rep)
