Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:
25 Burpees
Body weight back squat, 15 reps

Post rounds completed to comments.

A good substitution for back squats is 135# front squat for men and 95# front squat for women.

1. Snatch 80% 1RM 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
 
2. Tabata BW Back Squat:  4 minutes, 20 secs on, 10 secs off, keep weight racked on your back the entire time if you can.  Record total reps.  Yes, i know it seems awful after today’s WOD, trust the design.  It is programmed for strength.
