Worked out 6x last week, feelin it today. Double-unders surprisingly went well, got 31 in a row at one point. Pull-ups (normally a strength) were rough.

Stupid double unders. Spent almost 2 minutes on them. Everything else was okay except that I felt pretty winded the whole way through.

I struggle with all of these! Again, today, thanks to all my 5:15 buds for helping push me thru the end! I would have for sure rested a bit more on the pushups if Patrick hadn’t been counting them out loud for me!

DUs unbroken; PUs (usually a strength) were unbearably slow in the door-frame (hard to kip).
