-Warm up and pick a weight you know you can do 12 reps with

-If you are able to do 12 (don’t do more than 12) go in weight the next set

-If you are able to continue to do 12 reps continue to go up in weight

-If you are unable to do 12 reps but can get at least 8 stay at that weight for the next set

-If you are unable to complete 8 reps go down in weight for the next set.
