Warm-up: 100 singles unders, 20 wallballs, 20 wallball cleans, 10 GHD situps,  1 rope climb

Strength: Make-up missed strength WOD or work on pulling gymnastics skill.  ie kipping pull-ups or muscle-ups

WOD:

9 Rounds for time:

9 35# 1 Arm DB Snatch – Alternate arms

9 Lateral jumps over 3 45# plates (stacked on top of each other)

Post WOD – Perform 3 max effort L-sits.  Rest 1 minute between efforts.
