WOD:

4 Efforts for time with 3 minutes rest between each round

10 Power Clean 155#, 95#

10 Box Jumps 30″, 24″

10 Db squat cleans 35#, 25#

10 Burpees.  You must touch a 8′ target instead of clapping on each burpee

Rest 3 minutes

*****  There is a 3 minute cut off for each round.
