6 minutes to find a 3RM in Backsquat from an empty bar
Rest 3 mminutes
Death by 10 meters
Cones will be set up 10 meters apart and with a running clock you will run 1 lap on the first minute, 2 laps on the second minute, 3 laps on the 3 minute etc. until you are unable to complete the number of laps required within that minute. Your score is the number of rounds successfully completed and the number of laps in your failed round.
- You will warm up for back squats BEFORE the start of the 5min time cap
- You must post(touch the ground) at each lap before starting back the other direction
- If class is small enough this may be performed inside the building

Got up to 275. A month ago that was my 1RM!
Got 13+13 in the run. Legs were smoked after the warm up and the squats.

Knee was achy so skipped the Back Squat.
Did this WOD totally wrong. I counted 10 meters there & back as one trip.
Realized it when I tapped out at 8 minutes/8 rounds.
If I counted this one right. Probably would have got 14+/- rounds.
BS 123# then ran out of time. pretty sure my max 3 rep was 150# when I was in better shape.

135# Back squat. I failed it on my first attempt and then got it! Really surprised myself. Probably could have gotten 140 or 145 if I hadn’t failed initially.
