Warm-up: Run/Row 400m, fanny wackers, Frankensteins, over the fence, under the fence

Skill: Work on Double Unders

WOD:

30 seconds on, 30 seconds off of the following exercises.  Go as hard as you can for 30 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds

Wall balls – 3 sets

Lateral jumps over an abmat – 3 sets – count each jump as a rep

Kettlebell Swings – 55/35 – 3 sets

Double unders – 3 sets

Burpees – 3 sets
