I also wanted to add that I’ve gone from 263# to 239#. My pants size has moved from a tight 40/42 to around a 36/37.
I know I still have a long way to go but I’ve never been more excited about my progress towards actual fitness. The most amazing part to me is that I’ve only been coming to The Garage and doing paleo for two months. I started on 7/15. I can’t wait to see what a year from now looks like.
