“Tabata Nearly Something Else”

Tabata Sit-ups
Tabata Push-ups
Tabata Squats

Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Push-ups, the second are Sit-ups, and the final interval is squats. There is one minute rest between intervals.
