Warmup with 10 minutes of snatch practice.


7 Rounds

6 Burpees

1 Squat Snatch 185#/115# (Deadlift 255#/165#)

2 Overhead Squats 185#/115# (15 Air Squats)

14 Pullups


If you can’t do a heavy squat snatch then do squats cleans and front squats.  If you don’t have the flexibility to do squat snatch/clean yet then do the scaled movements in parentheses.
