    T2B: 6 (10,8,6,6)
    BJ: 12 (12,12,12,12)
    PU: 40
    DU: 100

Trying to make us do muscle-ups after toes to bar… Now that’s just cruel.

      PP: 115×7, 120×7, 125×7, 130×5
Shoulders are starting to loosen up, but it’s still hard to get the bar back

    strength:
    88 (7)
    88 (7)
    98 (7)
    103 (6 & 3/4)

    wod:
    TTR: 10,10,10,10
BJ: 10,10,10,10 (getting more confident at being quick at these again but it’s still a mental thing sometimes)

(should have done 11 on both of these – was trying to pace it better than I did last time but I paced it too slow. All of these I finished with about 3 seconds of time left).

PU: 35 (horrible score for 3 minutes. My pull ups have just bit the dust!)

DU: 78 (did first 48 unbroken then my calves locked up and I struggled through the last part, only doing 10 or 12 at a time and then just 3 or 4. Crazy how I did 100 unbroken on Friday but today was having a hard time).

Only came twice last week (mon & thurs), and missed yesterday do to being tired (work). Tried to make up BS from yesterday and failed miserably. Ended up doing 1 set of 135# PP x 7 (too light).

    WOD:

    TTB: 7, 8, 8, 9
    BJ: 9, 9, 8, 10

    MU: 6
    DU: 51

Not my best showing today, easing back in.

PP: 53, 63, 68, 68 (getting stronger on my PP).

T2B: 3 was lowest for strict T2B, then did 7 lowest for K2E (last 2 sets).

Box Jumps: 7, slowly starting to get more confidence.

PU: 26 with thin purple band.

DU: Did about 32, did first 5 in a row (which is a major accomplishment).

    165# PP

T2B 5 was lowest. Need to get better at kip
    BJ 9

Failed 3 MU before doing 45 pull ups. Frustrating because I have them. Maybe not after all that shoulder work.

32 DU- still need mucho work on these.

    Pretty terrible crossfitter today.

Felt like my first productive workout since I got sick in Feb. Really haven’t felt like posting anything since then, but hopefully, I’m on the road back.

    Oh, yeah PP: 125#

tabata – 7/10 (maintained the number that I started at for both)

    PP 70#
TTB 5, though the last couple were like toes to air
    Box Jump 10
PU 27 or 28? with a purple band 😞, I did a few without but just couldn’t get it. I think my kip has gotten worse, it was not worth it to miss so much time, starting over stinks
DU 25, I put the wrong number on the board

PP: 65,75,80,80 (7,6,5,4). I need more work here…I feel like I am doing a push-jerk so to stop myself from doing that I end up trying to press it more than I should.

0/8 T2B/BJ (actually got T2B today so I wanted to practice them. I got 3 on one round, but lost my strength quickly)
27 pull ups, most with a blue band, added a purple toward the end. I really want to get pull ups this year!
25 DU (I think?, still have to do 2 singles in between, but getting better!)
