Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 L Pull-ups
15 Steps, Walking Lunge

Appears to be the first time we have done this WOD at the Garage, should be fun!

Subs –

HSPU = push ups elevated if possible OR Shoulder Press (heavy load)

L Pull Ups = dead hang or kipping pull up + 2 situps (or 1 Knees to Elbows)
